Visit your GP

If you're already seeing your GP (or other health or social professional) about concerns related to your alcohol or drug use, you can ask them to refer you directly into our services.

For some of our services, such as substitute prescribing, you will need to be referred by your GP before we can support you. Give us a call for more information.

What next?

Once you have self-referred or been referred by a health professional, we aim to contact you within two weeks to invite you to an assessment. At your assessment, we will meet you to discuss your needs and explore support and treatment options available.
