If you require a needle exchange but cannot come during these hours, please ring our dedicated Needle Exchange line on 07800 721 644 to arrange discreet delivery to you.

OST Medication Collection

If you are shielding or self-isolating please speak with your Shared Care Worker at BDP, or your GP, so that we can arrange to collect and deliver your medication to you.

Service Status

While we return to a 'new normal' keeping you, our staff, our volunteers and our Bristol communities safe and well, some of our services are running in a different way.

  • Shared Care: while it has not been possible to meet people at their GP surgery we have been supporting people with regular phone contact and are moving to offer socially distanced face-to-face contact to some people soon.
  • Bereavement Support Groups are postponed. We are offering phone calls at a convenient time. Please email [email protected] to arrange.
  • Creative Communities, including drama, choir, orchestra and art, are meeting on line.
  • 50+ Crowd is being supported by phone and through socially distanced home visits.
  • Women's Morning group members are being supported by phone.
  • Youth Groups are being supported by phone. Families are offered support and more information by calling 0117 987 6009.
