Here to help yourself We are a Bristol-based charity here to help you with alcohol and drug problems. With over 30 years’ experience providing a free and confidential service, we have the expert knowledge to support you, whether you are looking for help for: Yourself - Looking for help with your alcohol or drug use Someone you care about - A parent, carer, partner or friend seeking advice and support Professional guidance - Working in another organisation and wanting advice or information on alcohol and drug effects, services and support. BDP are always friendly and non-judgemental. Independence from drugs and alcohol As part of Bristol ROADS (Recovery Orientated Alcohol and Drugs Service), we provide support to help adults reduce the harm drugs and alcohol can cause and provide outreach and in-reach support for people to access the full range of support offered by ROADS. We also work in partnership with GP Practices to provide alcohol detoxes and opioid substitute prescriptions and detoxes in the community. As part of Bristol Youth Links we also provide free and confidential support for children and young people aged 9 - 19 years old* throughout Bristol.
