We know it can feel daunting to make changes, that’s why we’ve created this course to guide you through the process. 

Across 10 sessions, you will learn some evidence-based techniques to help you feel more in control of your ketamine use and make the changes you want to make. 

There’s no one way to make changes, this course can be adapted to your goals, big or small. 

How it works

This course is completely free, confidential and available for anyone to use. 

What’s included in the course? 

Each session we’ll guide you through a different topic, provide some useful tips and give you a small task or reflection that will lead into the next day’s topic.  

Remember, changes are best made when done at your own pace, so feel free to revisit any of the sessions whenever you want, they will be available for you when you need them.

If you live in Bristol, we can support you with your ketamine use with in person, online or telephone appointments. We are a free, non-judgemental service with a wealth of expert knowledge to help you make the changes you want to make. 

We offer a range of support from ketamine-specific group workshops to creative activities like a choir and art groups. Our services are available both online and in person – any in-person services have easy access to toilets available when you need them.

If you’re not based in Bristol, you can find out what drug and alcohol services are available to you with a quick search. Enter “Drug and alcohol services *enter your town*” into a search engine and you should be able to find the relevant service for you. 

Are you experiencing physical symptoms from your ketamine use?

If you are experiencing painful symptoms that you think could be linked to your ketamine use, it’s important to reach out to a medical organisation.

This could be your GP or going to A&E if your symptoms feel really bad. Your GP will be able to refer you to a specialist depending on your needs.
