Accessibility to venues
Some of our venues are historic or listed buildings. We have made every effort to provide disabled access at these venues and can work with you to provide services at other locations if appropriate.
If you have a disability or other mobility requirements and would like to access our services please let us know in advance to help us provide the smoothest service for you. If you are a blue-badge holder, you can find out where you can park in Bristol.
Central Bristol
11 Brunswick Square
There are two steps outside our Central Venue where we run our Health and Harm Reduction Centre, Needle Exchange and other selected services. Please let us know in advance if you have mobility requirements and wish to use our mobile ramp.
If you have been invited to an assessment and cannot manage stairs, please let us know in advance so we can book your assessment at a more suitable central venue.
Brunswick Court
There are four steps outside our Brunswick Court venue where we run selected services. Brunswick Court also has a disabled access with fixed ramp at it’s secondary entrance on Upper York Street. Please let us know in advance if you have mobility requirements and plan to use this disabled entrance.
