Project4T Monthly health and harm reduction drop-in for Trans+ people

Project4T

Project4T is Bristol’s monthly health and harm reduction drop-in open to all Trans+ folk.

Project4T is a monthly health and harm reduction drop-in for Trans+ people in Bristol.

The service is a collaboration between four local organisations: BDP’s LGBTQ+ service Prism, Dandelion, Changes Bristol, and Yuno Sexual Health.

This service is the first of its kind in Bristol, rooted in harm reduction and peer support.

What We Provide

Trans+ people often face barriers and a lack of specialist knowledge when accessing support services and healthcare.

This wraparound service will provide support for Trans+ people doing DIY HRT, led by the knowledge and experience of peers. This will include blood testing, injecting equipment and DIY HRT harm reduction info. It will also offer culturally competent sexual health testing, drug and alcohol support and LGBTQ+ peer mental health support.

How It Works

This service is free, confidential and open to all Trans+ people. Simply drop in to access any of the support on offer.

Open on the last Wednesday of the month from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.

Where to find us

Address – Bristol Drugs Project, Brunswick Court, Bristol, BS2 8PE
