Based in GP surgeries in the heart of communities, you will support people to move positively through treatment, manage prescriptions and provide advice to GPs. You will need to be assertive and diplomatic and bring excellent communication and organisational skills; above all you will have the passion and skills to help the people we support to make the changes they seek.
