We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional individual to join us as the Service Manager of our Early Engagement & Intervention Team : they provide vital, accessible ,non-judgemental services supporting people in reducing harm, engaging with treatment and moving towards recovery. Your portfolio is extremely varied and includes a city-wide needle and syringe programme; outreach activity; a six-day/week advice centre; an active presence in the night-time economy; our embedded health care nursing offer; and our creative communities –choir, drama group and orchestra. Research is a key thread running through our work: check out a recent collaboration at https://arc-w.nihr.ac.uk/news/low-dead-space-materials-launched/

As an experienced manager you will inspire and support your staff and volunteers to, achieve the best possible outcomes for people we support; to continually improve performance; and to nurture our many partnerships.
