Recruiting | Mental Health & Learning Disability Link Worker

Now in our 35th year, BDP is an expert and energetic charity working with more than 4,000 people a year, in a vibrant city with an increasingly diverse population.

Working in partnership with Mental Health and Learning Disability Services,
your key tasks will be to identify and support service users to make changes to
their drug and alcohol use and reach their goals and full potential.

You will play a key role in making the drug and alcohol treatment system
accessible to those often furthest from treatment.

Without a judgmental bone in your body you will understand both the stigma
and barriers people face in connecting with support for alcohol or drug use.
You will be working with individuals to facilitate contact and engagement wit
the specialist and generic services in Bristol, needed to enhance positive
treatment outcomes.
