Recruiting | Drug & Alcohol Treatment Team Leader

Are you as passionate about supporting people whose lives are affected by drugs and alcohol as we are?

We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional individual to join us, completing our new leadership team in our Shared Care Treatment Service.

Providing both Opioid Substitution Therapy to people dependent on heroin and alcohol detoxes, Bristol’s Shared Care service is the envy of many areas. Delivered in partnership with 46 GP Practices, we provide accessible place-based treatment in the heart of Bristol’s communities to some of our city’s most vulnerable and marginalised citizens.

As one of four Team Leaders, you will inspire and support your team of Shared Care Workers to achieve the best possible outcomes for people we support, continually improving performance and nurturing our relationships with GPs. As an experienced drug and alcohol practitioner, you will bring excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills along with substantial experience of supervising and motivating others.
