Recruiting | Drug & Alcohol Trainees – 5 positions available

Are you as passionate about supporting people whose lives are affected by drugs and alcohol as we are?

We are seeking people who have past personal problematic drug or alcohol use and a relatively recent experience of drug and alcohol treatment services. You will also face significant barriers to finding work, such as a criminal record, no recent work history, or qualifications.

During your 18 months with us, you will develop skills and experience across our teams, get involved in everything from street outreach to structured treatment, and gain a Level 3 Lead Adult Care qualification with our partner Weston College. Your experience with BDP will equip you for future work in drug and alcohol services.

If you are curious and non-judgmental, with good communication skills and above all, a passion to both reduce harm and support people to find their recovery route, we want to hear from you!
