This is a new and extremely exciting opportunity to make Bristol’s Recovery Orientated Alcohol & Drugs Service (ROADS) accessible for people who are often the furthest from the alcohol and drug treatment they need including LGBT+, Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, Faith Groups, Gypsies and Travellers.

Working in partnership with organisations and communities your key tasks are:

  • raising awareness of alcohol and drug use and developing routes into ROADS for people who would benefit from support that are acceptable and accessible.
  • working directly with individuals who are affected by alcohol and drug use

You will combine experience of providing alcohol and drug treatment with an ability to network, overcome barriers and open doors to support for diverse communities.
