Youth Service

 

Support in Schools

A drugs worker who specialises in youth work will be assigned to each of Bristol's schools. They can offer free, confidential advice, support or information for young people who have concerns about their own drug use or their friends, parents, carers etc.

We are in the process of developing outreach and home visits to help engage more vulnerable or excluded young people.

 

Referrals

As a parent/carer
If you have concerns about your child's drug use or their friends you can refer your child to a youth worker by filling in a referral form and addressing it to the appropriate school. Mark it for the attention of EIP Youth Worker

As a professional
You can refer by using the same method as a parent/carer

As a young person
You can drop into see the youth worker in your school and arrange an appointment or have a chat there and then.
