Relapse Avoidance Programme
The Relapse Avoidance Programme (RAP) is a programme run at BDP for people who have recently stopped using drugs and are finding it difficult to stay clean. The programme consists of one-to-ones and group work.
The work done in RAP involves looking at how to understand past problematic drug use and how to stay clean. There are opportunities to explore personal issues in a series of confidential sessions with a RAP worker and to look at practical skills in a group.
People can refer to RAP by making an appointment by phone or through the drop-in.
