We are the key providers of services to problematic drug users in Bristol. Over 3,000 individuals a year benefit from our services — particularly women, who account for one in three people we see.

We deliver a holistic range of services spanning street work tolrelapse prevention programmes; structured day care to prison resettlement; coerced treatment to home detox and needle exchange to one of the most extensive shared care substitute-prescribing schemes in the UK, with over 80% of Bristol’s GPs involved.
